How do the resume, cover letter, thank you letter, & bio writing processes work?

All resumes and documents are written in-house. No work is ever outsourced to independent contractors!

How to get started

  • Please make your secure purchase on our Services page.
  • We will email you with next steps and also gather relevant information once your order has been processed.
  • We will discuss your project with you by telephone after we receive the requested information and before we begin writing your document(s).

You receive your drafts as follows:

All Documents (not including Rush Service)

You will receive your first draft by close of business 2 business days after your completed phone call. Your document will be completed by midnight CST on the 5th day as long as you provide your requests for edits timely.

Services purchased with RUSH Service are as follows:

  • Same Day: You will receive your first draft within 6 business hours of our resume intake phone call. Your resume will be completed by close of business on the date of purchase unless your order is received after 4 pm CST. Same-day resumes received after 4 pm CST will be completed within 24 hours of receiving your order. 
  • Next-Day: You will receive your first draft within 12 business hours of our resume intake phone call (your project will be completed by midnight CST the next day)
  • 3 Days: You will receive your first draft within 2 business days of our resume intake phone call (your project will be completed by midnight CST on the 3rd day).

How does the LinkedIn process work?

  • All profiles will be completed within 2 business days. Exception: LinkedIn service purchased with a package or resume service will be completed after the resume is finalized.

How does the coaching process work?

  • We will schedule your sessions as soon as you need them. We provide coaching services 7 days per week.

Will I be able to call or email you?

Yes! We are open 7 days per week from 8am to midnight CST to personally respond to your calls, voicemails and emails! We are even open on all major holidays!

We understand what recruiters and hiring managers want, and we help you brand yourself for success and sell your best assets. Our services are not farmed out to independent contractors. What are your business hours?

Our normal business hours are 8am to midnight CST 7 days per week. We are also open outside those hours by appointments. We are open holidays with limited hours, and will respond to emails and voice messages. We are available when you need us.

Do you have offices nationwide and globally?

We serve clients nationwide and globally from our headquarters in Overland Park, KS (Kansas City Metro Area).

Do I have to come to your office?

No, you do not. In order to serve our clients nationwide and globally, and to accommodate their busy schedules, all services are conducted via telephone, video conferencing (when necessary), and email. Our clients love this format as it creates more convenient opportunities for them to schedule appointments.

Do you accept resume writing assignments 24/7/365?

Yes we do. Please make your purchase on the Services page and you will be contacted very soon.

No, we understand you are busy. We work with you to gather only necessary information to do a great job for you.

100% payment is required up front and your payment must clear before we commence your consultation.
