With 20+ years of HR consulting, talent acquisition leadership, DEI consulting, and career coaching expertise, Dr. Franz has built a highly-reputable career as a passionate and dynamic Human Resource Executive, Academic, and Researcher.

Additionally, Dr. Franz is the owner of APEX Career Services, a career consulting agency that assists career seekers with career coaching and job search advising and support. Through a demonstrated career helping professionals successfully uplevel and navigate their careers, Dr. Franz has become an authority in corporate talent acquisition and hiring processes and an advocate for educating employers on strategies to eradicate ageism and other forms of workplace marginalization.

Dr. Franz earned a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Learning & Organizational Change from Baylor University. In addition to her dissertation on ageism during the job search process. Dr. Franz has also conducted research and published peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters addressing ageism and other forms of workplace discrimination.

As a Compassionate and Transformational Change Agent in her community, Dr. Franz is leading the way for a larger, global movement that advocates for marginalized employees and redefines corporate DEI best practices to pave the way for a more age-inclusive workplace.
